I'm the Group Human Resources Manager for Midwich and have been part of the Midwich family since December 2011. Leading a team of 4 staff, our aim is to deliver the most exceptional HR service to all group companies and to be the best in our field of expertise.
Our success has led to winning the 'Team of the Year' Award at the end of 2014 - an award we are extremely pleased to receive. Engagement, motivation, development, enjoyment and success are extremely high on our agenda and a key focus for Midwich HR - all delivered through our 7 key values to create a unique culture, a culture which is hard to replicate.
During my time at Midwich, I have helped to launch a number of initiatives further supporting our overall aim to be the best, including: recruitment processes (cost saving yet attracting the best talent), a competency framework, self-service functions, engagement surveys, leadership and management development programmes and NVQ development. For this we have been nominated for a regional award for Business Impact - and increasing our social corporate responsibility through our charity campaigns.
