Who we are
We’re a global trade-only audio-visual technology distributor. While Midwich HQ is based in Diss, Norfolk, we have acquired businesses all over the world. We work with and represent world-leading brands such as Samsung, LG and Sony, and we have won numerous awards in recognition of our success such as Distributor of the Year (2022), Best Operations Team (2025) and Best Company to Work For - Distributor (2025).
What we do
Midwich Group operates in the UK and Ireland, EMEA, Asia Pacific and North America. Our long-standing relationships with over 600 vendors have supported a comprehensive product portfolio across major AV categories such as displays, projectors, broadcast, professional audio and unified communications and collaboration. Our most notable projects include a revamp of Edinburgh airport, upgrading the University of Copenhagen control system and working with Diageo. We have also built state-of-the-art experience centres in Bracknell and Scotland.

How are we doing this?
Local community
Empowering our employees, vendors, suppliers and integrators to get involved and support local and national charities is at the heart of our business. We are incredibly proud to represent some amazing charities and since 2022, we have raised £500k. This year, we have 10 events taking place, ranging from thrill-seeking challenges such as a skydive and wing walk to endurance events like the EACH Pier 2 Pier Norfolk challenge. In addition, we've organised a series of volunteering days throughout the year. These include initiatives such as painting fences at East Anglia Children's Hospice largest site, The Nook, supporting Cancer Research UK charity shops and volunteering with the Norfolk Wildlife Trust.

Work-life balance
For eligible roles we offer hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, on successful completion of your probation, with all the equipment required to do this.
Time off
22 days holiday rising to 27 days with length of service. We close over Christmas & New Year and ask for just 1 days' holiday to cover this. In addition, you get your birthday off and can purchase additional holiday.
Enhanced family leave
Family is important to us, so we offer generous enhanced family leave pay to support you during this time, whether that is for Maternity, Paternity or Adoption.

You will have the opportunity to join our scheme with 24/7 GP appointments and advice, mental health services, quicker specialist appointments as well as healthy lifestyle tips and other services.
