I have always wanted to work in HR so when the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance. I have been working in my current position since September 2014. Prior to this, I worked in a number of positions within Midwich including Customer Services and Sales.

I have been working for Midwich since 2008, and I have learnt a great deal in the process, not only about the business, but about myself. I have discovered that helping others and being the best I can be at providing that help is what really motivates me.

In my current role, I assist the team in providing the highest levels of service and support to all of our Group companies. We strive to promote the company'’s vision and values, encouraging a fair working environment and engaged workforce, whilst also working to achieve the company's strategic objectives to help Midwich to gain future growth and success.
