In 2002 I joined Midwich as a temporary staff member processing orders, and since then I have worked upwards through the sales team from Account Manager, to Senior Account Manager and finally Sales Manager. Responsible for our success with our largest clients during this time, and working to the highest level resulted in nominations for "Dealer Support Sales Person Of The Year" and "CRN Sales & Marketing Awards – Sales Person Of The Year". With a meticulous approach to detail and with the highest levels of accuracy this led onto the role of Sales Analyst. Self-sufficient, and conscientious, I am an objective and innovative problem solver which results in long term solutions.
Whilst in Sales Management I worked with PC World Business on improving their projector sales. Following some analysis and information sharing we were able to grow the business by 20%. This process was so effective that it was rolled out across all product categories. During my time in sales this type of approach was a typical outcome of my sales optimisation methodology. Similarly, when working with Insight Direct I would regularly bring deals and opportunities to the Inventory Management Team. By profiling their run rate on a weekly basis and working with each of the buyers, Midwich consistently grew sales year on year.
