I have over 10 years’ experience working in the AV/IT industry, the majority of which has been spent in Distribution, where I’ve held various positions (including Sales Manager and Product Manager). My primary responsibility has consistently been to work closely with some of the largest Pro AV integrators.
I have helped to launch a number of innovative products, such as the Panasonic 103" and various LCD and LED videowalls. I’ve also been heavily involved in some of the UK’s most high profile AV projects over the past 10 years, including the relocation of BBC studios, Marks and Spencer’s digital store launch and the London Olympics. In all cases, I worked closely with the end user and all other parties.
Following almost a decade in distribution, I moved into the role of Channel Sales Manager at a large technology provider, where I gained a valuable understanding of the channel from a vendor’s perspective and a rounded view of the market in general.
In March 2016, I joined Midwich as Business Development Manager in the Solutions team. My primary focus is Retail, Hospitality and Leisure markets, and I believe that my previous exposure to these markets is a huge advantage, which will help me add value to our Sales team and partners.
