My role as Training Manager focuses entirely around training and developing our people for our customers. Joining Midwich in January 2016, I began my journey within our head office in Diss.
Now working directly with our UK and Ireland businesses, I engage with our managers and people to develop, implement and refine training and development programmes that befit our people and businesses.
Since joining Midwich, we have developed a sales, customer service, team leadership and product training programme for our people. We are committed to investing in training and developing our people; we have exciting times ahead for our business and for our customers.
My background has been working for nationally recognised retail brands, sales and training organisations, where I held a variety of roles from Product Train the Trainer to Operational Management.
I am an avid believer in developing and empowering people to be the best they can be; whilst giving people the opportunity to flourish and progress in their career. That’s what I enjoy most about my role, and that’s why I’m proud to work for Midwich.
