I started my Midwich career in July 2001 as Acer Sales Specialist, progressing to Team Leader of the Fast Response Team later that year. After becoming a Sales Manager for this area I set up the Business Development Team. The Fast Response of today answers our main sales line and continues to deliver great service to our customers on a daily basis. I am a driven individual who likes to make things happen! I took the lead in the integration of our first CRM system and this continues to be part of my remit today.
I launched and continue to oversee the Midwich Induction programme, and also provide ERP system training, call centre management, call routing and Vendor Engagement. I left Midwich in 2007 to start my own business, during which time I had two daughters. I returned to Midwich in January 2010.
Today I am General Manager with joint responsibility of the Midwich sales floor. I am involved in all areas of the business and enjoy working on new projects and ways to improve both our business procedures and our staff. I have also played an active and integral part in the Midwich Charity Committee, helping to raise over £45K for the charity EACH and £20k for the EAAA.
