Tech Xpo 2022 was a special one. One of the reasons being it was Biamp’s first time exhibiting, as a headline sponsor no less! Focusing on its collaboration portfolio, Biamp certainly took control of the event and showcased its Parlé Conferencing bars, Impera and Apprimo control, Vidi Cameras and Modena Hub Wireless Presentation.
If you want a snapshot into Biamp’s stand, join Louis Robinson and Stephen Bell as they caught up with Midwich TV live from Tech Xpo.
Customers were delighted to witness the first UK showing of the Parlé VBC 2500 Conferencing Video Bar. In addition to the main stand, Biamp demonstrated its new Audio Intelligence Noise Reduction technology in two boxes upstairs at Ascot. Although it was tucked away from the main exhibitor hall, it was packed the entire day.
It received a ton of buzz and not without good reason. The Audio Intelligence Noise Reduction technology is based on a deep learning algorithm that identifies and isolates human speech from other noises such as coughing, typing, or the aircon, delivering a flawless AV experience.
The video bar also includes a 27-microphone array and Biamp Beamtracking™ technology to actively track and intelligently mix conversations in the room. Meanwhile, two smart speakers use distortion compensation and dynamic bass enhancement technology to immerse the room in audio and superior speech reproduction.
Additionally, the 4K wide-angle camera streams crystal clear video at 2160p at 30 frames per second. With auto-framing technology, it identifies meeting participants and adjusts the focus and zoom accordingly to keep participants in view.
Sound like a good solution for your meeting room?
The Moderna Wireless Presentation Hub was shown on the Biamp stand alongside the VBC 2500 video bar to showcase how the two products work in harmony in meeting rooms.
Supporting New Ways of Working, the Modena Hub is ideal for BYOD spaces, allowing users to connect to meeting room technology and USB accessories wirelessly, streamlining meetings for optimal productivity.
Biamp wanted to demonstrate the simplicity and control of its product range to customers. And it did. In a unique market position, Biamp showcased the wide breadth of products on offer to customers, including control solutions, microphones, cameras and wireless conferencing solutions.
Live events such as Tech Xpo are a brilliant way for resellers and end-users to interact with the technology and see how it can be used in a real-life scenario. And the best thing about Biamp? It’s a one-stop shop for the new hybrid workplace.
“Tech Xpo was fantastic and gave us the chance to meet with so many of our customers and partners. It was Biamp’s first time exhibiting, and it couldn’t have gone better, looking forward to next year’s show!”– Alex Farrell, Sales Manager, UK&I at Biamp.
The fun didn’t stop there. Attendees also saw the first UK showing of the new Biamp control products – Apprimo and Impera. This technology is what truly sets Biamp apart from its competitors. There are no other products currently on the market like these control products, giving meeting participants and teachers full control of their space.
And because customers can’t get this control from anywhere else, the Biamp stand was constantly busy and generated amazing feedback at Tech Xpo.
The Impera range is comprised of control pads, switching relays and touch panel controllers, providing powerful room control across meeting rooms and learning spaces of all sizes. Key features include:
The Apprimo range is comprised of stylish touch interfaces, providing a simple solution to configure, operate and manage AV equipment in complex spaces. Key features include:
It was great to have Biamp exhibit at Tech Xpo. The wide range of products, expert team and demonstration went down a storm. The whole purpose of Tech Xpo was to provide our customers with a valuable experience to introduce them to new technology and build partnerships – and Biamp bought their A-game to make this happen.
Tech Scotland is returning on Tuesday the 15th of November at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. If you missed the chance to chat with Biamp at Tech Xpo, it will be exhibiting a similar showcase of products in Edinburgh.
