Terms and Conditions – Middle Atlantic Questionnaire 2019 Prize Draw 

1. The Prize Draw is open to all employees of the Midwich’s reseller (the “Reseller”) who are UK residents, aged 18 or over and who enter the promotion between Wednesday 17th July 2019 and 23.59 on Wednesday 31st July 2019 inclusive ("the promotional period"). No purchase is necessary. 
2. The Prize Draw is not open to the Midwich Limited, and its associated companies, their respective employees and their families or anyone who is professionally connected to the Prize Draw. 
3. Entry to the draw is dependent on the participant selecting ‘Yes’ to entering the Prize Draw and submitting their contact details. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the use of your contact details for the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with the Resellers internal policies for the use of business email address and/or entering into draws. 
4. One winner will be chosen randomly from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Prize Draw will be held on Friday 14th August 2019. The winner will be notified by email provided within 10 business days of the Prize Draw ending. 
5. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 30 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the Prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the Prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying then that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the Prize. 
6. There will be only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. 
7. There is 1 Prize: one LG speaker (LGWK7) and one noise-cancelling headphones (SONYWHH900NB). 
8. The Prize will be delivered to the winner FOC within 30 days once they complete their claim. 
9. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. 
10. Midwich Limited reserves the right to change the Prize without prior notification and provide an alternative prize to the same value. 
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, Midwich Limited, its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or that of their employees. Winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

13. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, lost or not received entries or accepting/using the Prize.
