What is Mi Support?

Mi Support is an enhanced aftercare option that can be purchased when you order your technical product*. It includes a range of services such as Mi Support Warranty (Extended hardware warranty 1-5 years), Mi Support Training (certified training courses for installers), and finally the Mi Support Helpdesk (dedicated UK technical support via phone, email or webinar).

Mi Support Warranty

As part of your Mi Support contract, we offer enhancements to the manufacturer's warranty for selected products.

Mi Support Training

Midwich offer accredited training courses, available for both resellers and end users.

Training courses are chargeable either PAYG per course or included in an extended warranty and support contract.

  • General training with a cost per delegate
  • On-site and at Midwich site training
  • 3-hour half day or 5-hour full day training options
  • Training for groups up to 12 people or 1-2-1 as required
  • Open to dealers and end users

Mi Support Helpdesk

We know how important it is to keep things as stress-free as possible, so we are providing a helpdesk to answer any questions you may have.

  • Dedicated UK technical support via telephone
  • Support via email and webinar
  • Ongoing support for the deployment and ongoing management of your product systems
