In order to improve our delivery offering we are asking you to provide three key pieces of information in addition to the delivery address.
THE DELIVERY CONTACT'S:
MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
This core information will be passed on to our courier and will enable the recipient to take advantage of the Predict Service that DPD offers. They will then receive notification of the delivery, which can be sent either by email or text.
How will this benefit your customers? it will firstly allow them to change the day or time which is scheduled for delivery arrival and secondly, your recipient can advise the courier where a parcel can be securely left. All of this means a more efficient service for both you as the reseller and your customers.
Even if your delivery is not going with DPD, our other couriers still need a contact name and number in order to ensure the delivery gets there on time and to the right place.
