Midwich Cyclathon team help raise £7000 for charity!

As part of Midwich's support for the 2017 Diss Cyclathon that happened on Sunday 25th June 2017, Fourteen Midwich employees teamed up to take part in the Nine Town sportive, in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance and collectively cycled 900 miles on the day.

This years event raised £7000 for the charity, attracting just over 1,000 riders, with 950 taking part in the sportive (25, 50 or 100 miles) and another 50 enjoying the come and try family rides.

A massive well done to everyone who took part in the Diss Cyclathon. It was a brilliant day, enjoyed by all. Thank you to the organisers, many of whom are volunteers, for putting on such a great community event.

Midwich was delighted to support the event and we look forward to next year. 

A big thanks to Samsung for providing sponsorship towards the cycling jerseys that will be worn on race day. Paul Tippins, Business Development Manager from Samsung also be joining the Midwich cycling team.
