Midwich celebrates Employee Appreciation Day
On Friday 3rd March, Midwich, one of the largest employer's in Diss celebrated their employees on Employee Appreciation Day with an action packed day of fun activities as well as some surprises throughout the day.
Although Employee Appreciation Day is an annual holiday celebrated in the United States and Canada, Midwich, the UK’s leading technology company has adopted it as their own. It is a day for the company to thank their employees for their hard work and effort throughout the year.
The theme of the day at the Head Office, located in Vinces Road, Diss was all about gaming. To get the day underway Midwich employees took part in a fun gaming tournament for a chance to win Amazon vouchers, followed by gaming quizzes for a chance to win some more great prizes.
The day wrapped up with staff being set a challenge to build cardboard gaming robots.
Midwich also treated all their staff to free pizza and movies throughout the day.

Midwich employ over 250 staff at their head office in Diss and a further 240+ people across The Midwich Group, spans six countries including the UK and Ireland, France, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
