After the fantastic success of last year, we’re very excited to announce that Midwich will be taking part in this year’s Diss Cyclathon, a local event encouraging cyclists of all calibres to come together and get active for charity. This year, the Cyclathon is raising money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, as well as our chosen charity, Nelson’s Journey.
For more information about the event, head to www.disscyclathon.org
Nelson’s Journey is a Norfolk charity that supports children and young people that have experienced the death of a significant person in their life. The charity provides a range of personalised support, from one-to-one support to group activities, providing opportunities to meet other children their age who have also experienced a bereavement.
They’ve been our chosen charity for the past couple of years, and we’d love to raise as much as we can for this extremely important cause by cycling this June. We’ve set a target for £1,500, and we welcome any donations you can spare at our Just Giving page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/midwich2018
As well as the return of lots of familiar faces, we’re also welcoming some new members to our team, doubling our total to over 30 participants! Our riders are preparing to cycle a total of over 2,000 miles for the Diss Cyclathon '18!

The team have already started training for the big day, so look out for updates from our riders on our social media channels in the following weeks. Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you there!
