60 Mi Support Midwich intelligent support (Mi Support) is an extended warranty, technical helpdesk and training service. As part of your Mi Support contract, Midwich offer enhancements to the manufacturer’s 1 year RTB warranty. You can select one of the following: 3 1-year swap out hardware warranty (replaces manufacturer 1 year RTB warranty) 3 2-year swap out hardware warranty (replaces manufacturer 1 year RTB warranty) 3 3-year extended RTB warranty (hardware warranty in years 1 & 2) 3 5-year extended RTB warranty (hardware warranty in years 1 & 2) Warranty The swap out warranty provides you the ability to quickly diagnose a faulty unit and ensure a next day best endeavours replacement unit to be sent out direct to customer site, providing a reliable and swift service with minimal downtime for your customers. The extended warranty provides you peace of mind for the duration of the product lifetime (up to 5 years). Training Training is critical for ensuring adoption and enabling users to gain maximum ROI on their BrightSign products. By providing a range of options inclusive of face-face instructor lead courses and one- to-one webinars, we hope to offer great value on the training included.
