What is Mi Support?

Midwich is more than just a UK distributor of audio visual hardware. We offer an added value and all-in-one enhanced warranty, plus a training and technical support helpdesk service that can be added to your product or system at the point of purchase called Mi Support.

We can support our installation partners in the deployment of products, as systems, with our industry leading ‘onsite assistance’ service.

Mi Support is a trade resellable enhanced aftercare warranty that can be purchased on any brand of hardware supplied by the midwich in the UK and Ireland. Our service provides replacement products dispatched next working day in the event of failure with full technical support. We also offer all parts and labour warranty serviced from our three service and repair centres in the UK. Our customised warranty and service packages can be from 1-5 years cover and offer an industry leading level of service and operational cover. Mi Support includes a range of services beyond a warranty, clients and end users get unlimited access to Mi Support Training (AVIXA certified training courses), and also unlimited access to the Mi Support Helpdesk (dedicated UK technical support via phone, email or webinar).

Clients with Mi Support will get a guaranteed faster resolution when things go wrong and an on-demand support service to keep continuity of their operations.

We can cover any product supplied by Midwich, PSCo, Invision Holdan and Sound Technolology. Mi Support offers an all-in-one aftercare service. This service includes: Mi Support Warranty, Mi Support Training and Mi Support Helpdesk. See our T&Cs for more information.

Over 2000 service contracts sold to over 250 resellers.

Repair Service

Changable Repair Services

Standard warranties average a 14-day turnaround time, Mi Support provides next-day despatched replacement hardware.

Midwich has repair centres in Bracknell, Reading, Letchworth and Glossop.

Mi Support Services

Just choose the duration cover for your products, 1, 2, 3 or 5 year. Our enhanced services provides you with a swap out warranty for the entire term of the contract. Just contact our helpdesk and we swap it out. We can offer additional/separate services to provide a custom and bespoke solution.

Did you know...

The trade only supplied Mi Support service is currently covering over 1000 audio visual hardware contracts in the UK and Ireland.

Mi Support engineers can attend your clients site to provide training, proactive maintenance or setup and configuration support for systems you have maintenance contracts on.

Mi Support has the following warranty products; swap out hardware, return to base (all parts and labour) or full derig and rerig warranties on any product supplied by Midwich, Square One, Invision, Sound technology or Holdan.

If you rely on a manufacturers warranty the average turnaround in the event of failure if 14 days. Mi Support changes the rules and gives you a next day despatched replacement hardware – no quibble.

All our training courses are Avixa CTS accredited and hosted at our training academies.

We offer a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) service to test, setup, configure and collate your project hardware ready for deployment.
