THE PROMOTION
The promoter is: Midwich Limited (registered company number 01436289) with registered offices in England at Vinces Road, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4YT.
The promotion will commence on 6/07/20 and last until at least 31/07/20. The Promotor and LG reserve the right to amend/extend these dates at any time during the promotional period.
All qualifying orders must be invoiced during the promotional period, and all discount qualifying components of the orders must be placed on the same Purchase Order if warranties or mount options are also being purchased under the terms of the offer. For the discount to be applied to qualifying mounts and accessories promotional code LG-ACC must be quoted on the purchase order.
To be eligible for the LG 5% upfront discount offer, you must confirm via the Promo registration page.
All accounts not choosing one of the two available options will be automatically entered into the 5% rebate promotional offer for LG only. For BTECH, Chief, Peerless and PMV accessories the only offer is the 5% upfront discount once the promotional code has been quoted on the purchase order. All accounts will be permitted to make a change between LG offers once only, during the promotional period and this change will not become effective until the following month.
The 5% rebate offer for a given month will only be paid once a manual claim form has been completed and submitted to us before the end of the of the following month. The rebate will be transacted as a credit note on the customers trade account.
Under no circumstances should trade account payments falling due be withheld upon awaiting the claim to be paid out or should funds be deducted from a due payment in lieu of the rebate credit note.
If account payments fall into arrears, the promoter has the right to withdraw the rebate credit note.
Any items bought during the promo period that have had a 5% rebate paid against them and are subsequently returned at any time, will have a 5% deduction made against the credit due.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the Promotion if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open to Midwich account holders based in the United Kingdom and Ireland, aged 18 and over
Some vendor managed projects are excluded from the 5% discount/rebate offer and half price warranty offer. Please contact your vendor or Midwich account manager to check for eligibility if you have any current projects you wish to invoice during the promo period.
In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake any action as is reasonable, if it considers that an entry is fraudulent or invalid or the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
No other forms of cash or alternative payments or discounts are available.
The offer is not negotiable or transferable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
