Maxell is a consumer electronics company known for its optical and magnetic memory media products. The Maxell Group acquired the projector business from Hitachi in July 2013. Since then, the Group has continued the development and production of Hitachi brand projectors and has been selling them worldwide.
Hitachi has announced that its Digital Media Group will partner with Maxell Ltd. to distribute Maxell’s new range of maintenance-free Laser and LED light source projectors. The new projectors will enter the market from Spring 2019 and will be distributed in parallel with Hitachi Europe Ltd.’s own well-established projector Line-up.
