They will need to know: The serial number of the unit that you are returning and the fault with each unit Once this information has been received from you, they will then provide you with an RMA for each item that you may need to return. You will then need to label the equipment with the RMA label as per the RMA template (should be attached as a separate document with your email – if not, please contact Nordic ID for this) before returning it to the address on the label. Once the unit has been received in the repair centre, a technician will diagnose the fault with the unit, and for non-warranty units a quotation will be issued for the repair via email. |
