1.3 This website is intended for use by Midwich’s customers and prospective customers (which may include sole traders and partnerships but in no event consumers or private individuals who intend to purchase products for personal use). Persons who place an order for Midwich products on this website are bound by Midwich’s Terms and Conditions for Online Sale. You agree to notify Midwich immediately by telephoning the IT Manager or emailing MIT@midwich.com if you know or have any reason to suspect that the security of your user name and/or password has been breached.

11.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any jurisdiction in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the resultant Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
