Terms and conditions of entry

  1. To be entered into the monthly prize draws you must register initially at www.midwich.com/printracesahead and answer the qualifying question.
  2. Promotion includes all Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Samsung, Zebra and Canon printers (except all large format printers).
  3. One entry will be awarded for every printer invoiced during each calendar month. Extra entries will be awards as and when promoted. Prize draws will be drawn for the previous month on the first working day of the new month. Winners will be notified within 10 working days by telephone or email.
  4. The monthly prize draws are open to Midwich customers and their employee’s aged 18 or over who enter the promotion between the 1st January and 20th December 2010 inclusive ("the promotional period").
  5. Excludes employees of Midwich Limited and their families or anyone connected with the promotion.
  6. For the same chance of winning, send the answer to the qualifying question, your name, address and signature clearly printed on a plain piece of paper to Print Races Ahead, Gilray Road, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4YT. One plain paper entry per person.
  7. No purchase is necessary.
  8. By submitting your entry you are allowing us to use your name and company details for publicity purposes.
  9. Entries sent in through agencies or third parties will be invalid.
  10. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and agree that the decision of Midwich Limited is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
  1. No personal information submitted by entrants will be passed to any third party.
  2. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  3. The promoter is Midwich Limited, Gilray Road, Diss, IP22 4YT, a company registered in England. Any queries and comments should be directed in writing to the Marketing Department at Midwich Limited.

Terms and conditions of monthly prizes

  1. The monthly prizes will be awarded to the first entry drawn in each draw.
  2. Midwich will be seeking authorisation and working with owner/directors to issue prizes to ensure that prizes are awarded in accordance with individual company policies on receiving gifts.
  3. All prizes must be claimed within 6 months of being awarded.
  4. Midwich Limited reserves the right to change the prize without prior notification and provide an alternative prize to the same value. No cash alternative available.
  5. Winner of the PalmerSport race day must have a full, clean UK driving licence.
  6. Free insurance prize is to a maximum of £400 for the year. Payment made on presentation of VAT receipt.
  7. Free vehicle tax prize is to a maximum of £200 for the year. Payment made on presentation of VAT receipt.
  8. Free vehicle MOT prize is to the maximum of £100. Payment made on presentation of VAT receipt.
  9. Free fuel for the year is to a maximum of £150 per month. Payment made on presentation of VAT receipts. All claims must be made by 31st March 2011.
  10. Free car wash prize is for one vehicle to the value of £60 each month for a maximum of 12 months. All claims must be made by 31st May 2011.
  1. Winner of the Ferrari for a weekend must have a full, clean UK driving licence and be aged between 25-70.
  2. The grand prize for an Australian holiday is for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children) for 14 days. Travel must be taken during 2011. The Melbourne Grand Prix tickets will be included if winners choice of travel dates co-insides with race dates. Prize includes flights, campervan for accommodation and road travel to the value of £6500, as well as £1000 spending money.
  3. All winners must comply with the terms and conditions of prize providers.
  4. There are no cash alternative in whole or in part for the monthly prizes. The monthly prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
  5. Midwich Limited reserves the right to (a) award alternative prizes of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
  6. Midwich Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant resulting from entering this competition or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize. Nothing shall exclude Midwich Limited’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud.
  7. For the name of the winners (name and county), send a SAE to Prize Winners, Print Races Ahead, Midwich Limited, Gilray Road, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4YT.
