InFocus Education and Public Sector Program for EMEA

InFocus is committed to addressing the needs fo educators and providing products and solutions that aid the teaching and the learning process.

Key to this commitment is the InFocus education and public sectorprogram. This program aims to be effective simple and straightforwardin its approach without the need for excessive administration,paperwork or registration.

About the Program

The InFocus education and public sector program is offered to allInFocus distributors, dealers and resellers whose customers areregistered Schools, Universities, Government bodies and othernon-profit official learning and teaching organisations.

The program is offered on all InFocus DLP products sold as of 1st November 2009. The key elements of the program are as follows:

• The standard warranty on all InFocus DLP products is further five yearson the product and one year on the lamp contained within the projectorat time of purchase. For qualifying education and government bodies,this is extended to five years product warranty and three years lampwarranty on the IN100, IN1100, IN1500, IN2100 and IN3100 series ofproducts.
• No pre-registration or paperwork is provided to qualify for thisprogram. In the event that service or support is required outside ofthe standard InFocus warranty period, a proof of purchase (purchaseinvoice) with the full name and address of the institution will berequested to activate the additional warranty that is provided underthis program.

Terms and conditions

• An original copy of the purchase invoice containing full name andaddress of the educational or public body is required to be provided attime of service to qualify for the extended warranty under thisprogram.
• The decision of InFocus is final in the event of any disagreement on aninstitutions status to be included in this program. Further details onthe InFocus product warranty can be found at www.infocus.com and bythen selecting your country.
