Subject to payment status, most orders are despatched from stock on the day that you place your order unless you specify otherwise.
Using our usual carrier, your goods should arrive at the delivery address within twenty-four hours. In fact most deliveries are made in the morning of the following day although depending on local routing may be made up until 6pm.
If you have a particular enquiry or requirement, please talk to your Midwich sales contact who will be able to advise you.

Note: You must have registered for Open Online and been activated to add a purchaser.
1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Admin link at the bottom of the page.
3. Find the user you want to become a purchaser.
4. Click on the Tick Box in the Buy using credit account column.
5. Click Update.
6. Enter the Single Order and Daily limit for the purchaser and click on the Tick.
7. Next time this user logs in the will be able to purchaser.
8. Please insure that you tell the purchaser the Company Buying Password that you setup on registration for Open Online. Without this they will not be able to use your credit account to buy. -

NOTE: Your company needs to have registered for Open Online to order using a credit account.
You need to get the new user to register in the normal way by going to the registration page.
Once they have been activated the administrator can then set them up as a purchaser by going to the Admin page. -

You can build a quote by adding items to your basket in the usual way. When all you items are in the basket, you can click on the 'Save as quote' button.
When the quote is saved you can then email it to your customer or convert the quote back to your basket so that you can buy it. -

A buying password is what you will be asked to enter before you can purchase your goods using Open Online. A buying password is needed as a security reason to protect your account from unsolicated use with in your company. You would have chosen your buying password when you registered for Open Online.
If you have forgotten your password you need to click on the forgotton buying password where a new one will then be emailed to you if you are the administrator -

All customers can now place orders using credit and debit cards.
If you wish to order using your credit account you need to setup an administrator and a buying password. You can set this up by going to the Open Online registration page.
Once activated the administrator can then select who in company can purchase on the Admin page.

Our warehouse is located in Dudley in the West Midlands and provides a collection service from 10am.

Yes. In fact a high percentage of our deliveries go direct to our customers' clients.
Normally delivery will be made on the next working day following your order, but time permitting we can arrange same day, timed and Saturday deliveries.
Please ask you sales contact to quote you for specific delivery methods.
If you wish, delivery paperwork can be printed without mention of Midwich. If you are interested in this service then just ask your sales contact when you are ordering.
We can also personalise our delivery notes with your company logo so only your branding is seen by your customers. We need a copy of your logo in a suitable format to provide this service, and a little time to draft and agree the styling with you, so please allow for this. Once again ask your sales contact about this feature of our service. -

We upload stock information every 7 minutes to help our customers make informed decisions about product availability.
We take most orders after 2.30pm, so major changes to our stock position occur after that time. Customers usually stop placing orders by 6.00pm so our stock position changes little overnight.
If availability is your major concern, we recommend that you telephone your sales contact to discuss your needs and that you place your order as early in the day as possible. -

You can order online using credit/debit cards or a credit account if you have one, and have registered for online ordering.
You can pay off your credit account using cheque, debit or credit card, BACS or cash paid into Barclays bank.
Cheques paid in to Barclays bank or posted to Midwich take 7 days to clear. With special clearance a cheque paid in to Barclays bank should clear after 2 days.
Some methods may be subject to a charge.

1. Go to the home page and where the log in section is, click on the register button
2. Once taken to this page you will be asked if you have an account with midwich, if so click yes and enter your midwich account number
3. You will then be taken through to the next page where you will need to agree to the terms and conditions
4. As you already have an account with midwich all of your details will be pre-filled for you and you will need to fill in the blank details where listed
5. Once you have filled in all the required details hit submit
6. A member in out marketing team will then receive this request, check you work for the company and the details are correct where upon you will then be activated
7. Once you have been activated you will receive an email confirming this. You are then ready to log in and check trade prices, stock levels and many other benefits! -
